A registered psychologist with over 15 years experience in the field of organisational psychology, Catherine specialises in coaching, leadership assessment/development, and organisational consulting. Her practice spans both the public and private sectors having performed both internal and external consulting roles.

Catherine has worked across multiple sectors, including banking and finance, government, emergency services, professional services, health, superannuation, and insurance. Amongst many engagements, Catherine has partnered with senior executives in ASX-listed companies on large scale projects, designed and delivered multiple leadership programs, conducted leadership assessment processes, and has personally coached many leaders to successful outcomes, including senior executives, lawyers, doctors, engineers, early career leaders, and so on. She is educated in coaching methodologies, and has in turn facilitated leadership development programs focused on the skills of coaching, coupled with on-going peer coaching programs to embed the skills learnt.

In her last role, Catherine partnered with the executive team to determine how best to build agile leadership skills across the organisation to help deliver on the strategic vision. She designed an end-to-end development process encompassing senior sponsorship, 360° assessment and debrief, formal learning processes, coupled with group coaching/reflection processes. This program achieved an increase in the perception of leadership skill in participants, their leaders, and direct reports. Engagement scores relating to leadership across the organisation subsequently increased by 12% thereby achieving a significant return on investment.

Catherine is formally accredited in a number of psychological assessment instruments which are utilised according to the area of focus. Accreditations include Hogan Leadership Assessment, Lominger Leadership Competency Architect, DiSC, OPQ, Genos Emotional Intelligence, NEO PI-R, and Hudson’s suite of assessments.
