Marcele co-founded the Centre for Leadership Advantage in 2016. She is a research supervisor and examiner for the Master of Organisational Psychology program at Deakin University and has consulted to the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), one of the world’s leading member-based organisations for Chairs and Company Directors. Marcele holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology/Leadership and Master of Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and is a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Directors Course.
Marcele has 8 years experience working with global, ASX-listed, private and Government organisations, supporting Boards, CEOs, C-level executives and senior leaders in leadership assessment, development, talent, executive search and recruitment. Marcele commenced her career in Executive Search with Oppeus International, appointing Chairs, Directors, C-level Executives and leaders across a range of sectors including industrial, consumer, retail, education and health. As a Principal Consultant, she also co-led a number of leadership and talent programs for leading private and ASX-listed Australian organisations with a focus on assessing potential, developing talent and managing succession.
In 2017, Marcele was nominated for the Telstra Business Womens Awards in the Entrepreneur category.
