Hayley joined the Centre for Leadership Advantage as a Project Coordinator in 2018. She holds a Bachelor degree in Education and brings extensive experience in customer service, administration, process improvement and project management.

Prior to joining CLA, Hayley worked with one of the world’s largest chemical companies in customer service and key account management and was involved in a number of projects to improve internal processes. She has also worked with in the Government sector and with Registered Training Organisations in administration and customer roles.
