Kris has a passion for leading teams to establish, shape and run OD, Learning, Leadership and Change functions and leverages his organisational psychology qualifications to develop and implement initiatives and frameworks across the spectrum of OD, Learning and Capability, assessment, leadership and development.

Kris has a diverse work history which has developed attributes to help deliver successful outcomes including Project and Change Management capabilities; leading programs end-to-end (budget, resources, schedules) and delivering business outcomes; a demonstrated ability to work credibly with C level and Executive stakeholders; experience delivering in Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodologies; an understanding of key success factors and risks in delivering transformational change; facilitation and coaching; consulting and exposure to best practice methods in leadership, learning and development and coaching.
