Lisa is a registered psychologist who specialises in the field of organisational psychology. Lisa is experienced in talent management and leadership assessment. She has partnered with organisations to support them in selecting and developing employees to ensure individual, team and organisational effectiveness. Lisa uses evidence based practice in understanding individual differences; using psychometric assessments to leverage skills and understand development needs.

Lisa has gained experience in a range of business settings, including not-for profit, public and private organisations working across multiple sectors, including banking, finance and insurance, government, FMCG. In her most recent role Lisa has partnered with senior executive teams in ASX-listed companies and government agencies to design and facilitate development centres and assessment solutions for mid and senior level employees to assist in leadership development and succession planning. She has managed assessment processes for a number of organisations which include psychometrics, 360° assessment and debriefing. She has also recently contributed to the design of a leadership development program for a government agency.

Lisa holds a Master of Psychology (Industrial and Organisational) from Deakin University. She is formally accredited in a number of psychological assessment instruments including Hogan Leadership Assessment, OPQ, Saville Wave and TalentQ.
