When I was just a boy, around the time I began high school, I was constantly reminded of basic pro social behaviours that as adults we accept as universal truths – treat others with respect, be kind to one another, be polite, bullying is wrong. So, you can imagine my astonishment when I first came to understand the global icon known as Michael Jordan.

From late April to early June 2020, CLA interviewed and surveyed 30 leaders across Australia, ranging from CEOs, C-Suite leaders, executives, functional managers and business owners. As scientist-practitioners the goal of this research was to ‘take the pulse’ of leaders as they were experiencing this learning.
In March 2020, Centre for Leadership Advantage (CLA) were humbled to have placed 68th in The Australian Financial Review Fast Starter list for 2020, representing Australia’s fastest growing companies.
