With over 10 years internal and external consulting experience across both the public and private sector, Miranda’s area of expertise lies in the field of talent and leadership assessment and development.
Lisa is a registered psychologist who specialises in the field of organisational psychology. Lisa is experienced in talent management and leadership assessment. She has partnered with organisations to support them in selecting and developing employees to ensure individual, team and organisational effectiveness.
Jason’s background includes a Masters in Organisational Psychology from Deakin University. In his previous roles Jason has experience in assessment and organisational development. He has partnered with organisations to deliver large-scale change, selection and development best-practices and talent management processes.
Celeste is Operations Manager for the Centre for Leadership Advantage and joined the organisation when it was established in 2016. Celeste supports the delivery of major internal and external projects and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in event planning, project coordination and logistics, administration and customer service.
Hayley joined the Centre for Leadership Advantage as a Project Coordinator in 2018. She holds a Bachelor degree in Education and brings extensive experience in customer service, administration, process improvement and project management.
